LPG/CNG ECU for 3/4 Cylinder car keeps valve core of stepping motor actuator at specific position when car start in order to control position and response speed of valve core. Mixture become thick when engine is highly loaded. When use CNG, it sends analog signal to original ECU of car. Through presetting parameter of ECU according to model of car, operation status of engine will be optimized.
The electronic control unit (ECU) of the multipoint sequential system directly processes the injection timing of the original petrol injectors, transforming it into injection timing for the gas injectors. In this way the strategies defined by the vehicle manufacturer are guaranteed in terms of driving conditions and emissions.
The system is controlled by ECU, The ECU collects data and adjust the right time of injection and control the gas to inject to the engine. It has a good heat dissipation, to transfer the heat from the compoment inside the ECU to outside with enhanced screening function that make ECU work under strong electromagnetic interference.
